- Estimating 

Analyze blueprints, specifications, proposals, and other documentation to prepare time, material, equipment, and labor estimates involved in assigned products, projects for trades, contractors, and owners.

- Project Management 

Investigating drawings for scope of work, detecting of any fault and proposing solutions, conducting site measure, verifying project progress & payments to the contractors.

Maintaining tactical control of project budgets and timelines to keep teams on task and achieve schedule targets.

- Shop Drawings 

​

Prepare/ review the shop drawings for subcontractors/ trades/ manufacturer for building's component.

Issue the schedules B & C as per BC building code

Provide all the required inspections
